Meaning of Production

Production is a procedure of transforming (converting) inputs (raw-materials) into outputs (finished goods). So, production way the creation of goods as well as services. It is done to satisfy human wants. Thus, production is a procedure of transformation.

2. Integration or Assembly : Here, many inputs are used to create solely ane output. For e.g. many unlike inputs are used to create a car.
3. Service : Here, the value of the production is increased past times providing services, for e.g. later on sale service for a TV set.
