Also this out this week; I translate this equally banks are pricing their risk-asset loans at prices below liquidation value... hmmm why would they accept to create that I wonder????  What are depository fiscal establishment risk-assets actually worth at this time????

SO loss given default (#LGD) on $2.5 trillion inwards depository fiscal establishment owned 1-4s went negative final quarter. Banks are explicitly profiting from defaults.
