In reply to my long health-care essay, a friendly physician sent me the icon at the left, alongside an explanation:

"You desire to speak nearly filling out forms? Here are ii infirmary privilege renewal applications. Most of my information - such equally where I graduated from, where I trained, license #, etc - has non changed. That includes my face, all the same they desire a novel photo. My staff tabbed all the places where I bring to sign or initial. This is a standardized form, all the same I bring to get amount i out for every infirmary too they all desire extra data (including a re-create of my signature on a cheque made out to the hospital)."

Comment: And, amazingly this is all on paper!
