Article On The Python Sfc_Models Bundle

I accept only published an introduction to the Python sfc_models bundle (which, funnily enough, is used to build together with solve SFC models). Since the give-and-take is fairly technical, I posted it on my programming site (which is nether construction). This bundle is expected to travel the topic of give-and-take on an upcoming report, amongst a hopeful publication appointment of "mid-2017." I may or may non comment on the Fed afterwards this week.
